Ingredients
- 2 large Baking Apples
- 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
- Ice Cream
Instructions
- Core the apples.
- Wrap the apples in aluminium foil and place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl, create a well in the centre of the apple and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
- Top with ice cream and serve your healthy apple pie!
