Baked Apple With Ice Cream

This recipe is a healthier take on the traditional apple pie. It’s just a cooked baking apple, a dash of cinnamon and a healthy dollop of ice cream. It’s simple but tastes amazing! I hope you enjoy this recipe.

 

Baked Apple With Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 2 large Baking Apples
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • Ice Cream
Instructions
  1. Core the apples.
  2. Wrap the apples in aluminium foil and place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, create a well in the centre of the apple and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
  4. Top with ice cream and serve your healthy apple pie!
