Baked Garlic Mash

Baked Garlic Mash is the perfect side dish, transforming basic mash potatoes into a flavorsome garlic delight. I like to bake my mash to offset creaminess of the potatoes and garlic with the crunch of the crust on the top.

Yummy! Our family, dogs included love potatoes!! The dog’s especially love potatoes sweet or white! Our trick? Boil them in chicken stock for an added doggy delight! Another bonus? Sweet potato can help relieve bathroom issues…
