Baked Garlic Mash

Instructions
  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Peel and chop the potatoes into equal sized chunks and boil until soft.
  2. Drain the potatoes and put back in the pan. Sit the potatoes on the stove again the dry out any excess water. Add the stick of butter and mash.
  3. Peel and slice or mince your garlic cloves and add to the potatoes and continue to mash until smooth.
  4. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until the top is a crispy golden brown.
