Sewing is a wonderful skill, it opens so many possibilities in your home. I’m not the world’s best seamstress but with very basic sewing skills I am able to make wonderful gifts and items for my friends and family from bunting and cushions to baby sleeping bags and changing mats to curtains and draw string bags using only basic sewing skills.
Once you understand how to use your sewing machine, thread the needle and stitch a straight line, the possibilities are endless! I hope you find the basic sewing tips in this video helpful and that they inspire you to create items for your home as well.
