- 2 oz. blue cheese
- 12 green olives
- 2 oz. butter
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- Mix together the blue cheese and butter and season well with salt and pepper.
- Deseed olives and paste the blue cheese into the centre.
- Pour over the lemon juice and season with salt.
