Chocolate Chip Cookies

Serves: 15 cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until soft and creamy.
  3. Combine the flour cup by cup and add the baking soda and salt.
  4. As the batter begins to adhere together, add the chocolate chips.
  5. Split the dough into two pieces and roll into two cylindrical logs about 2-3 inches thick. Cut into slices approximately 2/3 inches thick.
  6. Place on a greased baking tray and cook for 10 minutes
