Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry Sauce is a great accompaniment to the Thanksgiving table, it’s such a great condiment that suits many different main courses. It’s really quick and easy to make, here’s how I do it:

Cranberry Sauce
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 15 mins
Total time: 20 mins
Serves: 6
  • 1 Pack Cranberries
  • 1/2 liter Water
  • 250 grams Sugar
  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the cranberries and bring to a vehement boil for a couple of minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour into a bowl and set in the fridge for 1 hour.
