Cranberry Sauce is a great accompaniment to the Thanksgiving table, it’s such a great condiment that suits many different main courses. It’s really quick and easy to make, here’s how I do it:

Total time: 20 mins
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Cranberries
- 1/2 liter Water
- 250 grams Sugar
Instructions
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cranberries and bring to a vehement boil for a couple of minutes.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour into a bowl and set in the fridge for 1 hour.
