Egg Crumpets

Egg crumpets make the perfect breakfast on the go. These little breakfast sandwiches are both quick, easy and most importantly nutritious to serve up to all members of the family as they run out the front door.

 

 

Egg Crumpets

Ingredients
  • 2 Crumpets
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbs Milk
  • 1 Slice Cheese
Instructions
  1. Crack the egg into a small ramekin,add the milk, whisk with a fork and place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Place the crumpets in the toaster for 2 minutes.
  3. Tranfer the toasted crumpets to a grease proof sheet, tap the egg onto the crumpet and layer with a slice of cheese.
  4. Wrap in greaseproof paper and hand to your family as they run out the door.
