- 2 Crumpets
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbs Milk
- 1 Slice Cheese
- Crack the egg into a small ramekin,add the milk, whisk with a fork and place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place the crumpets in the toaster for 2 minutes.
- Tranfer the toasted crumpets to a grease proof sheet, tap the egg onto the crumpet and layer with a slice of cheese.
- Wrap in greaseproof paper and hand to your family as they run out the door.
