  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Dunk in and completely cover each slice of bread.
  3. Heat a griddle pan and lay the bread flat and fry for 3 minutes on both sides or until golden brown.
  4. Serve as a stack and enjoy with your family!
