Fruit Shake

Sometimes it’s difficult to convince kids to eat fruit. Making a fruit shake is a great way for kids to consume their 5-a-day without really realising! Plus, they look great!

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  1. Slice the strawberries and squeeze the juice from the orange.
  2. Throw the strawberries, orange juice, ice and sugar into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  3. Garnish with mint and drink straight away!
