Chocolate Popsicles are a delicious homemade gift for kids and adults alike. They are incredibly easy to make and when wrapped in plastic and tied with a bow they are an impressive (and inexpensive) gift for friends and family.
All you’ll need:
1 large bar of milk or dark chcolate
3 popsicle sticks
Sprinkles
3 plastic sandwich bags
ribbon
Step 1: Break your chocolate into chunks and place in a microwavable bowl. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, stir every minute to ensure it doesn’t melt.
Step 2: On a baking sheet or baking paper place 3 large cookie cutters. Pour your melted chocolate into the cookie cutter and allow to set slightly for about 2 minutes.
Step 3: Take off the cookie cutter and lay your popsicle stick about 1/4 from the bottom and push down.
Step 4: Pour over your sprinkles and place the lollies in the fridge to set completely.
Step 5: When the chocolate has set, place the chocolate end inside your plastic bag and pull the bag around. Wrap the loose plastic around the popsicle stick, adhere with tape.
Step 6: Tie round a piece of ribbon and your Popsicle sticks are ready!
