Honey Glazed Veggie Sausages

  1. For the Sausages:
  2. Preheat the oven to 300 F.
  3. Chop the mushroom to a fine consistency and grate the onion, mince the garlic and combine with the thyme, basil, sage and chilli.
  4. Season well and add the cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Crack in 1 whole egg and the yoke of the second. Combine until the mixture becomes a firm putty.
  6. Mould handfulls of the mixture into sausage shapes and place in a casserole dish.
  7. For the Glaze:
  8. In a bowl, combine the honey and soy and drizzle over the sausages.
  9. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and drizzling over the remaning honey mixture to create a really sticky glaze.
