Lox Schmear

Lox is a great dip that goes down really well at parties. When I make Lox Schmear, it’s gone within moments so I always make enough, a few batches so my guests are never disappointed.

  • 1 tub cream cheese
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the smoked salmon, salt and pepper to the cream cheese and blend well with a whisk or food processor.
  3. When the mixture has blended, spoon it in to a container and place in the fridge before serving.
