- 1 tub cream cheese
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the smoked salmon, salt and pepper to the cream cheese and blend well with a whisk or food processor.
- When the mixture has blended, spoon it in to a container and place in the fridge before serving.
