Serves: 10 macaroons
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a aking tray with patchement paper.
  3. Beat the egg whites slowly until a foamy texture.
  4. Add the salt and beat until soft peaks form.
  5. Gradually add the sugar.
  6. Beat to a stiff peak.
  7. Fold in the almonds.
  8. Spoon the mixture on to the partment paper, roughly 2 inches apart and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. When they're done, allow the macaroons to cool for a few minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
