Marshmallows Yams are the perfect holiday dish for Thanksgiving. I prefer to make mine with canned yams as they are prepared in syrup which makes it a quick and easy to make. Fresh yams are a pain to peel, cube and boil! And honestly, I don’t think canned taste any less fresh! This is one of those dishes I only make once a year [for Thanksgiving of course!!] but it gets gobbled up by my family. It never seems to last for leftovers the day after! **OH well** I guess that just indicates how delicious it a side dish it is!
