Pine Cones look fantastic unadorned throughout the autumn period. They have a true rustic autumnal look and sit perfectly in any autumn arrangement indoors. Over winter, I like to re-dress my pine cones by trasforming them into snowy, sparkling ornaments around my home. I think they look great, here’s how I do it:
Step 1: Lay down some old newspaper outdoors or in a well ventillated room. With a white spray paint, hold the bottle at a 45 degree angle 30 cm away from the cone and spray gently. Leave to dry.
Step 2: With your second paint, I like to use silver, repeat Step 1 until you achieve the coat you’re lookin for. Leave to ry and place about your home on your mantlepiece or as a table decoration.
