- 2 large, flat mushrooms or 1 box of small mushrooms
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch ground black pepper
- Teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 300 F.
- Mix together the diced mozzarella, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt pepper and oregano.
- Remove the stalks in the centre of each mushroom. Fill with the cheesy mixture.
- Drizzle over the olive oil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
