Warehouse Flea Markets Are FAB!

Okay, one of the things I love about the midwest are the flea markets. They are like boot sales, but inside cool old industrial loft buildings and filled with more antiques, less junk. I went to a fabulous one this weekend with some moms from school. We had a blast!!! Here are a couple of photos of what it looked like:

Apologies for the lack of quality in these photos, they were taken on my camera phone. It was sooo awesome.

And here’s what I bought:

A kitchen table and chairs [$25] and a butcher’s block [$75] I am really pleased with them! This house is starting to take shape! And I can’t WAIT to go back to this market next month. I have thought of so many more things to look out for!

Your kitchen is beautiful. It is the kind of place I would love to sit and drink a cup of tea. I can’t wait for you to start filming again in it. I miss your YT shows!

I just love your style Meg, you are very inspiring. I get overwhelmed at antiques places. I am in awe that you were about to find and buy so easily.

Thanks Tee! Yes, we are enjoying the kitchen even if I do plan to rip it out and build a ‘real one’ when money allows…
