Warm Spinach Dip

Warm Spinach Dip is a party staple. Serve it with flat bread, sliced baguette, crackers or corn chips, your party guests will always come back for more!

  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Chop the spinach and mince the garlic.
  2. Combine with the mayo and sour cream.
  3. Season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to let the flavours combine.
  5. Heat in a pan on a low temperature until warm then serve.
