- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- Chop the spinach and mince the garlic.
- Combine with the mayo and sour cream.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Place in the fridge for an hour or so to let the flavours combine.
- Heat in a pan on a low temperature until warm then serve.
