Wasabi Mash is the perfect way to add fire to traditional mashed potato. It’s a great side dish for any meal with fish and works as a great accompaniment to traditional Thanksgiving dinners. Be careful with the wasabi, it’s hot!

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 6 white baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup single cream
- 1 tube of wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons of kosher salt flakes
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in the microwave on high for ten minutes.
- Remove skins and mash in a bowl (or with a potatoe ricer) then add the single cream.
- Add three squirts of the wasabi (to taste)
- Add the salt (to taste)
- Serve hot.
